Delivery and Returns

Overview

This sections specifically concentrates on the delivery of our additives for either fuel treatment or for oil treatment but can also be applied to any of the other products in our range.

For the avoidance of doubt the quantity sizes we offer are:-

1 x barrel equivalent to 202 litres for fuel and engine treatment.
1 x 20 litre for fuel and engine treatment.
1 x 5 litre for fuel and engine treatment.
1 x 1 litre and normally this will be the engine treatment size pack no matter the quantity you order
1 x 500ml oil treatment only

Other products have various sizes and you should referr to the product brochure.

Smaller quantities may be available soon.

Delivery and Returns

Our products will be delivered to your specified depot or delivery address in the quantity sizes specified on the Purchase Order.

You will receive prior to receipt of the first product of type, full technical data sheets which confirm procedures for safe handling and confirmation of REACH regulations. These can be supplied before first order delivery or copies thereafter on request.

Each and every product will bear the brand name of Motorsilk, Motorsilk Marine or Lubrisilk and the Boron-CLS-Bond and Trading Resources identifying marks. All of these marks are proprietory and must never be removed from the product. The product must never be decanted into any other containers not bearing the correct mark and labels unless at the immediate time of mixing with your fuels or engines. Correct usage, storage and handling after delivery is your responsibility.
REMOVAL OF IDENTIFYING MARKS INVALIDATES CO2/GHG QUALIFICATION FOR CARBON CREDITS.

Each delivery will be accompanied by a duplicated delivery note. You are responsible for checking the actual delivery against the items referred to and your signature for delivery confirms that all the items were so delivered and in good condition. Your signature also confirms receipt of any and all necessary technical data sheets and regulations and that you have read and understood them.

If any items are missing or damaged and you cannot take delivery you must clearly mark the fact on the delivery note and on the copy retained by you. After this time damage to containers is your responsibility and missing items cannot have credits or replacements sent if the delivery note is not so marked.

Fuel additive application to tanks or bunded storage:-

On the first delivery of type, your product will be accompanied by a competant, trained operative of Trading Resources Limited who will inform you and instruct on the correct method of dispensing the required quantity of product into your storage. This service is free of charge to you.

If the product is to be added to existing stored fuel then it will be poured from an approved container and in the approved method. This will be a written method approved by any regulatory body so having responsibility for your specific location. e.g LFCDA for London. You will be given a copy of the approved procedure and sign for receipt and understanding of the same.

Fuel additive application by in-line systems:-

On the first delivery of type, your product will be accompanied by a competant, trained operative of Trading Resources Limited who will inform you and instruct on the correct method of dispensing the required quantity of product into your in-line reservoir. This service is free of charge to you.

After a reasonable training period and confirmation of understanding from yourselves you must follow the procedures set out in the technical data sheets and protocols for application.

Engine Oil treatment additives:-

On the first delivery of type, your product will be accompanied by a competant, trained operative of Trading Resources Limited who will inform you and instruct on the correct method of dispensing the required quantity of product into your engine. This service is free of charge to you.

A written protocol will be supplied to you and you will sign to confirm receipt and understanding of the same.
